Our client AIIA (Australian Information Industry Association) have over 400 ICT member organisations (8,000 individuals) from SMB’s to large multi-national corporate utilize their events as the main channel of communication to its members.  Best Case Scenario first worked with AIIA four years ago to help them build events that were relevant and inspiration to their member base and  attract new members. 

Best Case Scenario set to work:

  • Understand the AIIA member attendance profile, this was done through analysis of attendance data
  • Through this analysis uncovered gaps in the ‘ideal profile’ and set to build a campaign to attract the missing or weak audience profile
  • BCS used their strong ICT industry networking contacts to build a even more robust agenda for each event and attract high profile speakers

For the past four years AIIA events have grown from strength to strength, partly due to an overhaul of event content and improvements in event communication.
